First time I drink it so sweet and fresh. I've drunk cow milk and Ettawa goat milk but Camel milk is different. More sweet and smooth like foam. But only 6 days leave before expire, then I can't carry it to Indonesia as gift.

Shawarma is Turkey traditional food. East Middle Vegetable mixed with Lamb/Cow meat, rolled with Arabian bread. Strange taste if you are South East Asian people. But I love it!

BUKHARI RICE

Bukhari Rice, Bukhara is someplace in Iran. So, Bukhari is Bukhara People. Then this rice always cooked by Bukhara people, I guess hehehe.. This rice like "Nasi Kuning" or "Nasi Goreng" in Indonesia. The chef made it from Basmati rice, the rice more long than Indonesia's rice. I love Bukhari rice because chicken meats inside it. Bukhari rice flavour make my mouth watery.
